Yoga For Everyone

You don’t need to register or sign up online before taking a yoga class. If it’s your first time, please show up 10-15 minutes early so we can help you sign in and purchase a drop-in or class package.

​If you are new to yoga try Yoga for Beginners at 9:30am on Sundays, or Hatha Yoga at 9:30am Mondays & Fridays for a slower-paced class.

Interested in starting with private lessons?

get 3 private lessons followed by 2 weeks of unlimited yoga classes for $200
existing members who refer a friend who purchase the private lesson within the months of January or February package receive %50 off of their next month’s unlimited 1 month membership.

Helpful Tips

  • Arrive Early: Allow enough time to find parking and sign in. Feel free to introduce yourself to the instructor.
  • Bring a Yoga Mat: If you do not own a mat we do have mats to rent for $1. We also sell a variety of mats at different prices, and offer discounts to new students and memberships
  • Personal Items: We provide cubbies for your belongings. Please remove shoes at the door and turn off any electronics before class. Consider removing large jewelry that may distract your practice.
  • Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Please note that we practice in a room that is not heated but not all classes are practiced with air conditioning.
  • Water: Bring a water bottle or $1 to purchase one.
  • Towel: Please bring a small towel. We do not supply towels but do sell them.
  • Props: We provide blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters. Please gather these before class begins. If, however, you do need to grab one mid-class, no worries!
  • Questions: Ask questions and share with the teacher any injuries that you feel they should know about.
